“My family and I signed up for 200 personal Muay Thai lessons when MuayFit first opened and I am happy to say that the program has greatly improved my stamina and pushed up cardio intensity rate. I am already a regular gym member of another international fitness centre but Muay Thai brought my muscle flexibility, body coordination and core development to another higher level. Muaythai intensifies my carbo burning rate and although tiring at times is actually de-stressing at the end of the workout.
I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to push themselves to a higher level of fitness and cardio intensity, improvement in body robotics and development of a strong body core. Furthermore the trainers are well trained with a good professional attitude.
In addition, facilities and equipment are top grade, well maintained and clean.”

Whenever my friends and relatives asked me who in the world I had lost so much weight in such a short period of time, I always reply with the same two words: MadSweat Bootcamp and Muay Thai.
I first joined Muayfit weighing 180kg. After a month of Bootcamp and Muay Thai, I had lost my first 6 kg. Now, three months later, thanks to my coaches' intense training, I have lost a total of 19 kg. From a size 40 waistline, I'm now a size 34. Now I am lookng to lose another 8kg to prepare for MIMMA, an amateur MMA competition.
Of course, when you want to lose weight, get fit or get stronger. you must have the will to change. For me, having the will isn't enough. The people at Muayfit are great and friendly in a way that somehow make you feel accepted and be part of their family, which makes me look forward to coming to Muayfit every day. Having been through multiple gyms in the past, I've yet to find a place that's as unique as Muayfit.

MuayFit has given me so much more complete total body workout compared to other normal gyms. Working out at MuayFit have definitely improve my stamina, speed, strength and also provided me with self defence capabilities. It has motivated me to achieve my personal goals!!

A knee injury caused me to stop the sport i absolutely loved - kickboxing.
However after a few monts of rest and with MuayFit’s super convenient location, restarting it seemed most ideal.
What impressed me thmost was how I was not pressured to sign on for a personal training session. But then, I signed on. I was taken excellent care of. A lot of special exercises and powerplate workouts so that my knee was not messed up.
My trainers gave me incentives and hardcore exercises that made my 1 hour at MuayFit an absolute addictive expecience!!!!

I would highly recommend MadSweat Bootcamp for fitness enthusiasts as well as martial arts and contact sports proponents. For thos who love boxing as I do or accept Muay Thai as a way of life, MadSweat Bootcamp is a good place to start. Perhaps, bootcamp is the starting block to building one's endurance and strength before attending the martial arts classes. The emphasis on core muscles during MadSweat sessons will serve you well when attempting Muay Thai moves. Get the core muscles right and you will excel in leaps and bounds. Bootcamp also helps to condition the body under strenuous conditions where maintaining mental discipline is key. For seasoned bootcampers, they will attest to the difficulty in staying the course and not losing focus on the trainer's instructions. Professional fighters will tell you that developing mental strength is just as important as physical attributes can bootcamp helps you build up both.
Muayfit offcers exceptional trainers with different techniques and styles that help reach different parts of the body muscles, Members get more variety in bootcamp alone. Furthermore, bootcamp classes are frequent, with morning and evening sessions, as well as on weekends.
There is something different about Muayfit, it's not like the mass market fitness clubs. For a start, on any given day, you're likely to bump into the owner. When was the last time you went into Planet Fitness, Clark Hatch gyms etc and saw the owner? Now its rare to see Paul working out but he puts plenty of energy into making Muayfit a great place to work out.
Muayfit is hardcore but there's nothing intimidating about the place and they don't care what kind of shape you're in or who you are, when you walk through the door. You're made instantly welcome by fighters, coaches and support staff alike. And there's as many sweaty girls working out as boys so don't think for a minute that the place is fuelled by testosterone.
Your own enthusiasm will get you through the door and through the first few sessions. This will be just long enough to make you feel part of the Muayfit family. And then its like the mafia, there's no way out, you can't let the family down and you will be watching what you eat and working out harder than ever before. You're going to lose a lot of weight fast, I did, but more importantly, you're going to make a new commitment to yourself and the Muayfit to keep putting in as hard as you can go. Go down and get strong!
